Land Selection
Truman will help you choose the perfect site for your new home. We will lend our hand in helping you choose your perfect lot, using our knowledge and experience in land development to give advice and provide feedback on which site will benefit your needs as a new homeowner.

Planning + Design
In the beginning we will meet to discuss ideas you may have, review other floor plans to draw more ideas from and plan a budget to get a sense of your ideal home. We then meet with our draftsperson to prepare preliminary drawings to include everything you want in your new home. These drawings will be reviewed and redrawn to meet your satisfaction.

Budget + Specifications
The budget stage of planning will help us determine the specification level of exterior and interior finishes that will go into your new home. Determining factors, such as countertops, flooring and even siding will be key factors in individualizing your budget. Once we have determined specification level (ranging from $300–$450/sq.ft) we are able to price your dream home.

Construction
You can expect excellent workmanship and quality starting from the permit stage through to completion. You will be led through the process of making selections for all interior and exterior elements from our trusted subtrades and suppliers. With open communication, daily on-site supervision and personal involvement from our team and yourself, you will have the opportunity to modify your home as it evolves. We are open to new designs and materials, anything to make your home feel like yours.

Possession
Truman is a member of the Alberta New Home Warranty program, ensuring your home and peace of mind is protected. Prior to your possession our service team will schedule an on site inspections of your home to address any concerns, deficiencies or seasonal work that may need completing. Our service team is available to review any issues you may have after possession to make for a smooth transition into your new home.
