Stage 1 – Approvals: Municipal authority approval process for development permit & building permits
Stage 2 – Foundations: Construction site preparation, install security, fencing, etc. Excavation, foundation and flat work begins
Stage 3 – Rough-Ins: Unit completed framing and commencing installation of rough-ins (plumbing, electrical, gas, HVAC)
Stage 4 – Finishing : Completion of insulation & drywall, cabinetry, flooring, paint, appliances, etc.
Stage 5 – Inspection: Pre-delivery inspection; municipal and internal quality control inspections
Stage 6 – Occupancy: Ready for Homeowner occupancy and delivery inspection
