Most Waterford single-family homes and blocks containing sold duplexes have reached Stage 5 – Inspection. Construction is nearly complete, and the homes are undergoing final inspections and quality checks before homeowners receive their keys.

The Waterford Street Towns are in Stage 4 – Finishing. Crews are completing the interiors, including cabinets, flooring, painting, appliances, and other final details.

Waterbury Townhomes are beginning Stage 2 – Foundations. Site preparation is underway, and crews are starting the foundations that will support the new homes.

Tentative Occupancy Date as set out in Section 3 of the purchase contract has been extended. The Tentative Occupancy Date is now: ‘Not earlier than September 1, 2025 and no later than December 31, 2026.’ We will provide you with notice via email at least 30 days in advance of the Confirmed Occupancy Date.
