Truman Homes integrates sustainability and social responsibility into every single-family home through its proprietary TRUspace® build program. This program focuses on energy efficiency, water conservation, and healthy indoor air quality, aiming to reduce utility costs and improve living environments. Truman homes feature WaterSense® labeled fixtures and ENERGY STAR® certified appliances, contributing to an estimated annual water bill savings of up to $300. Additionally, the homes incorporate smart technology options like Wi-Fi enabled thermostats and provisions for solar capture systems and electric vehicle charging stations.

Every Truman home includes WaterSense® labeled faucets, toilets and shower-heads. These fixtures help maximize water efficiency without sacrificing performance.
Dishwashers and Laundry Sets installed in every home are not only ENERGY STAR® certified for energy efficiency, but also use significantly less water than standard models.

This drastically helps reduce indoor air pollutants and help remove finer airborne particles and contaminants, improving indoor air quality.
