How do I cancel my Rental Guarantee?

If you wish to opt out of your Rental Guarantee program, please email invest@trumanhomes.com to initiate the request. If you wish to cancel within the 90-day period leading up to your final occupancy date, a cancellation fee will apply. You can cancel your Rental Guarantee without incurring a cancellation fee if it’s done more than 90 days before your final occupancy date.
