Construction continues below ground at Lincoln. A major section of the first underground parking level on the west side is now complete, along with the supporting walls and columns leading up to the main floor.
On the east side, another section of the underground parkade was poured this month, and crews are now building the walls and columns for the level above. The first section of the main floor is expected to be poured by mid-September, followed by the second section near the end of October.
